Privacy policy
This explains what personal data Seal Your Story (run by Stamp and Seal Company, "we") collects when you book a seat, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your bookings: plan, date, time, check-in code, whether you checked in.
- Payment records from Razorpay: order and payment IDs, amount, method (for example UPI or card) and status. We don't receive full card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email and Google account ID.
- Basic technical data needed to keep you signed in and keep the site secure, such as cookies and IP address.
Why we use it
- To take and manage your booking, check you in and apply your food and drink credit.
- To send booking emails: confirmation, a reminder before your visit, and changes.
- To handle payments, refunds and our tax and accounting duties.
- To keep the service secure and stop misuse.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails from this booking system.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the booking system for us, under contract:
- Razorpay (payments)
- Neon (database and sign-in)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google
Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also share data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for 8 years for tax and accounting. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete everything we don't need to keep for those reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by replying to any booking email. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to process payments. No advertising or tracking cookies.
